摘要
针对电压互感器反充电事件时有发生的情况,文中分析了某500kV变电站发生的一起220kV母线电压互感器反充电事件的详细经过和发生原因;利用回路图阐述了目前双母线接线形式中最常见的三种电压互感器二次电压切换继电器的切换原理;比较它们在回路的复杂程度、刀闸辅助接点的可靠性以及继电器复归线圈的性能等方面的差异;最后,综合它们在应用中的优缺点,提出采用单接点自保持切换方式,同时在切换回路中加装一小容量空气开关能较理想的避免反充电事件的发生。
PT anti-inverse charge is always happen in power system.The detail process and causes of a 220 kV bus PT anti-inverse charge incident at a 500 kV substation were analyzed in the paper.Then three types switch relays principles were described using circuit figures,and the differences of requirements in the complexity of loop,the reliability of auxiliary contacts and the performance of relay reset coil were compared.Combining their advantages,an single-position self-maintaining switch approach was proposed.Studies indicate that adding an additional small capacity air breaker in the switch circuit is a better way to avoid anti-inverse charge.
