摘要
介绍了一种采用新型燃烧技术的蓄热式燃气锅炉,指出了其优于传统锅炉的原理基础,阐述了其优越性和发展潜力。以段法模型为基础,建立了采用蓄热体进行余热回收的燃气锅炉模型,分析了生产率变化对蓄热体温度效率和热效率的影响,提出如何依据工况调整合适的换向时间以获得最佳余热回收效果。
Regenerative boiler taking new style combustion technique was introduced.The theory basis,advantage and potential excelling than other traditional boiler were expatiated.Mathematical model based on zone-method of regenerative combustion gas boiler was founded.In the model,how the honeycomb regenerators heat efficiency and temperature efficiency were affected with the variety of productivity was analyzed,and how to adjust the switch time with the variety of working condition to get the maximum extra heat reclaim was studied.
