摘要
食品安全问题是关系到国民健康的重大问题。食品企业作为食品安全的第一责任者,应加强食品安全危机预防管理体系研究,积极采取应对措施提高企业处理危机的成功率。文章从食品企业视角出发,提出了适用于各类食品企业的食品安全危机管理策略,主要包括:建立食品安全危机管理机构、制定危机管理计划、危机管理培训、建立危机预警系统、食品安全危机处理和危机总结等。
Food is safe or not makes great influence on people' s daily life and health. In order to prevent food safety crisis from exploding, the food company should make an active preparation for food safety crisis management, because the food manufacturers take main responsibility for food safety. In this paper, the general strategies on how to deal with food safety crisis from the angel of food company is proposed, which is described as following: setting up food safety crisis management team, crisis management planning, crisis management training, establishing crisis warning system, food safety crisis handling, summing up experience and lessons from crisis management.
