某汽车隔音件技术改造项目职业病危害控制效果评价

Control Effect of Occupational Hazards for Technical Reforming Project in Automobile Sound Insulation Parts Factory

摘要 目的识别汽车隔音件技术改造项目技改前后职业病危害因素种类、分布及危害程度,探讨其防护对策和管理措施,提出其职业病危害关键控制点。方法采用职业病危害因素检测、职业卫生调查、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等对该项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该项目存在化学毒物、粉尘、噪声、高温、电焊弧光和工频电场等职业病危害因素;工作场所正己烷CTWA最大值为2.8 mg/m3、二氧化硫CTWA最大值为0.19 mg/m3、甲醛最大浓度为0.15 mg/m3、粉尘CTWA最大值为1.6 mg/m3,均低于职业接触限值;噪声强度为78.2~92.8 dB(A),按接触时间结果未超标;其他危害因素也低于职业接触限值。该项目总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、职业病危害防护设施、辅助用室、个人防护用品、应急救援设施、职业卫生管理措施等基本符合国家有关规定。结论该项目职业病危害防护设施与主体工程已做到"三同时"。职业病危害防控措施可行有效,控制效果良好。 Objective To identify occupational hazard factors before and after technical reforming in the automobile sound insulation parts factory and analyze its risk degree,provide critical control points of occupational hazards based on the study of preventive measures and management for the construction project.Methods The assessment was used by detection of occupational risk factors,occupational sanitary survey,occupational health examination,and checklist analysis methods.Results The main occupational hazard factors that might exist in this construction project were chemicals,dust,noise,high temperature,electric welding's arc light,and power frequency electric field. The maximum values of time weighted average concentrations(CTWA)for n-hexane and sulfur dioxide were 2.8 mg/m3 and 0.19 mg/m3.The maximum concentration of formaldehyde was 0.15 mg/m3.The maximum value of CTWA for dust was 1.6 mg/m3.The noise intensities of the workplaces ranged from 78.2 dB(A) to 92.8 dB(A).Concentrations or intensities of all hazard factors in this project were below occupational exposure limits.Items of the project including the overall layout,the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational hazard prevention and protection establishment,personal protective equipment,the facilities of auxiliary rooms,emergency rescue measures and occupational health management met with the requirements of laws and legislation of occupational health.Conclusion The occupational hazard prevention facilities have been built up with the main project at the same time.Occupational hazard control measures on this construction project are feasible and effective.
