摘要
临床路径(CP-clinical pathways)是以循证医学证据和临床诊疗指南为指导,针对某种疾病建立的一套标准化的治疗模式和治疗程序,是临床决策的指导体系。临床路径在医学上仍处于大量研究中,其真实效果仍在探索阶段,临床路径在国际上已经得到较广泛的应用,目前在我国也受到越来越多临床医院的重视。建立单病种标准住院流程即单病种临床路径,是控制缩短平均住院日的最佳途径和方法。平均住院日是反映医疗资源利用情况和医院总体医疗服务质量的综合指标,是集中表现医院管理、医院效率和效益的重要而敏感的指标[1]。
Clinical pathway is the instructed system of clinical judgment,which based on the evidence-based medicine and the guidelines of clinical diagnosis,builds up a set of standardized treatment mode and procedure for a specific disease.The clinical pathway is still in research in practice.However,its true effect is still under investigation.The clinical pathway is being widely used worldwide,and is currently drawing increased attention from hospitals in our country.It is the best path to build up a standard process of hospitalization for a single disease,which can shorten the average hospital stay.The average hospital stay is the index sign that reflects the utilization of medical resources and the quality of medical care.It is a sensitive and important index of the hospital management,benefit and efficiency.
