铅包锡双金属气压充芯连铸复合界面研究

Study on composite interface of lead clad tin bimetal by air pressing push-out core-filled continuous casting

摘要 选用低熔点的铅和锡为材料,采用"气压充芯连铸"工艺,制备出外层铅直径为12 mm,内层锡直径为8 mm的铅包锡双金属复合棒坯。设计了铅液浇注温度、连铸速度和充气压力的三因素、三水平的正交试验,对影响双金属连铸坯复合界面的因素进行了原理性研究,得出了最佳的工艺参数组合。结果表明:当铅液浇注温度为375℃,连铸速度为10 mm/min,充气压力为0.03 MPa时,连铸坯复合界面过渡层明显,表面质量良好,包覆层厚度均匀,实现了冶金结合。 Low melting-point lead and tin material were selected and"air pressure core-filling continuous casting technology"was adopted to prepare lead-coated tin composite rods with outer layer lead diameter 12 mm and inner layer tin diameter 8 mm.The tri-factor and tri-level orthogonal test were designed on the lead solution temperature,continuous casting speed and inflation pressure,and the principle study was conducted on the factors that affect lead and tin mutual diffusion volume for the purpose of obtaining the optimal technical parameter combination.The results show that the continuous casting rods have excellent surface quality,obvious transition layer,even coating thickness and metallurgical bonding interface.The optimal parameters(lead solution temperature,continuous casting speed and inflation pressure) are 375 ℃,10 mm/min and 0.03 MPa,respectively.
