恶性肿瘤相关性血栓的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)是恶性肿瘤患者的一种常见并发症,诸多风险因素可以造成癌肿相关性血栓的发生。恶性肿瘤可通过多种机制导致血栓形成,而参与血栓形成的各种凝血介质又可促进恶性肿瘤的生长和转移,其中组织因子与癌症异常增生密切相关,故恶性肿瘤相关性血栓的防治就显得尤为重要。抗凝药物在减少VTE风险的同时可抑制肿瘤的生长与进展。新型抗凝剂的开发应用也为未来恶性肿瘤VTE的治疗提供了广阔的前景。本文介绍恶性肿瘤相关性血栓的风险因素、发生机制以及预防和治疗。
