脑梗死患者单核细胞CD14^+CD16^+亚群及单核细胞-血小板聚集水平的检测及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:通过检测脑梗死患者外周血单核细胞各亚群分布情况以及单核细胞-血小板聚集水平,探讨脑梗死患者外周血单核细胞状态、单核细胞-血小板聚集情况及其临床意义。方法:利用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测48例脑梗死患者及31例正常人外周血CD14、CD16、CD41的表达。结果:脑梗死组的CD14+CD16+亚群、单核细胞-血小板聚集比率与正常对照组比较显著增高(P<0.001);脑梗死组间的CD14+CD16+亚群、单核细胞-血小板聚集比率的差别不大(P>0.05)。结论:脑梗死患者单核细胞、血小板活性增高,因此检测单核细胞CD14+CD16+亚群及单核细胞-血小板聚集对于脑梗死患者早期诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the mononuclear cell subsets distribution and monocyte-platelet aggregates of the peripheral blood in patients with cerebral infarction and its clinical significance.Methods In 48 patients with cerebral infarction and 31 normal controls,the expression levels of CD14,CD16,CD41 were measured by flow cytometry.Results The expression levels of CD14,CD16 and CD41 on monocyte in group of cerebral infarction patients were significant difference than those in normal control(P0.001).Conclusion The monocyte and platelet activity both increases in patients with cerebral infarction.Detection of monocyte CD14+CD16+ subsets and the monocyte-platelet aggregates(PMAs) were helpful for the early diagnosis in patients with cerebral infarction.
