人们经常会产生头皮屑，头皮屑属于头部脂溢性皮炎的一种，它的发生机制虽然尚不十分明确，但与糠秕马拉色菌有十分密切的关系。去屑产品的功效添加剂有很多种，常见的有ZPT、三氯新、酮康唑等，对于去屑产品的功效评价分为临床评价和实验室评价。
