摘要
根据绿原酸对鲁米诺H2O2Cr3+ 化学发光体系具有强烈的抑制作用,建立了绿原酸的化学发光分析法.该法简便、迅速、灵敏度高.化学发光强度的变化值与绿原酸的浓度在2×10-8g/mL~4×10-6g/mL的范围内呈线性关系,检出限达6.3×10-9g/mL.该方法成功用于中药金银花中绿原酸的测定.
A simple, rapid, convenient and highly sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence system has been developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid by means of the inhibition by chlorogenic acid of the chemiluminescence from luminol hydrogen peroxide Cr 3+ reaction. The net chemiluminescence intensity (ΔI) is a linear function of chlorogenic acid concentration in the range 2×10 -8 g/mL~4×10 -6 g/mL, and the detection limit is 6.3×10 -9 g/mL . The method has been successfully applied to the determination of chlorogenic acid in Lonocera Japonica Thunb samples.
