摘要
以某生物研究院为例,根据各部门不同的工作性质,确定了不同的关键绩效指标,与学术指标和考察指标相结合,运用层次分析法,确定了指标体系权重,使定性与定量相结合,构建了该院研发人员绩效考核体系,使对研发人员的考核更加科学与合理。
In this paper,a variety of key performance indicators(KPI) is defined with a certain biological research institute being a subject.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method is applied in the performance assessment of RD staff with reference to the different nature of their tasks,combining their academic indicators with assessment ones.The weight value of the index system is established by combining the qualitative with quantitative,which builds a performance assessment system of the RD staff in the research institute.It makes the assessment more scientifically,reasonably and fairly.
