摘要 "卓越工程师"是我国未来工程科技人才的培养方向,大学工科教师是培养"卓越工程师"的核心力量。基于工科教师的科类特点,分别对个体专业化与群体专业化的作用关系,影响大学工科教师专业化的外部因素(组织因素、制度因素、环境因素、文化因素)和内部因素(积极向上的事业心、浓厚的职业情感、坚强的意志力)予以系统分析,以期为高校制定相应的工科师资培养方案提供参考。 "Excellent Engineers" is a project of the future direction of technology professionals,the university engineering teachers is the core strength to be cultivated the "excellent engineers".Based on the discipline category characteristics of engineering teachers,the article respectively analysed the relations role of the individual professionalization and groups professionalization,and discussed the external factors of university engineering teachers professionalization(organizational factors,system factors, environmental factors,cultural factors),the internal factors(positive dedication,a strong professional sensibility and strong will power),so as to provide some reference for the training program formulation of the corresponding engineering teacher.
