摘要
基于生态系统理论和积极心理学视角认为,大学生是在自然和社会环境中成长起来的,其心理危机的产生自然要受到多种环境因素的影响,且这些因素之间又是交互作用和影响的,是一个完整的生态系统。此外,个体本身也是一个开放的、自我决定的系统。在面对危机时,个体既是自我心理危机的调适者,又是自我发展的最终决定者。在此基础上,构建大学生心理危机产生的生态模型,并对该模型中的微系统、中系统、外系统、宏系统以及各系统之间的相互作用如何导致大学生心理危机的产生进行深入分析,以期对大学生心理危机的生态化实证研究及建立行之有效的大学生心理危机干预机制提供理论基础。
Based on the ecological systems theory and the positive psychology,the article thinks that college students are growing up in the natural and social environment,their psychological crisis generated naturally by many environmental factors,and these factors are interacted and influenced,is a complete eco-system,and the individual itself is an open system of self-determination system;in the face of crisis,the individual is the self-adjustment of psychological crisis and the final determinant of self-development.On this basis,the article build a ecological model of psychological crisis,and analysed the interaction role of the micro-system,the middle system,the external system,the macro system and various systems,and how led to the production of psychological crisis,so as to take an ecological empirical research to the psychological crisis and provide the theoretical basis for the establishment of effective intervention mechanisms of college psychological crisis.
