摘要
采用两步晶化法合成L/ZSM-5复合分子筛,考察了第二步晶化过程中不同铝源、硅/铝摩尔比(n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3))及晶化时间对L/ZSM-5复合分子筛合成的影响,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)及扫描电镜(SEM)表征了合成样品。结果表明,合成的样品为L/ZSM-5复合分子筛,其最优合成条件为n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为45、晶化温度150℃、晶化时间36 h。
L/ZSM-5 composite zeolite was synthesized by two-step crystallization procedure.The effects of crystallization factors during the second step of two-step crystallization procedure,such as n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),crystallization time,different kinds of aluminum sources,on the formation of L/ZSM-5 composite zeolite were investigated.The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscope(FT-IR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the synthesized sample was L/ZSM-5 composite zeolite.The best synthesis conditions were the crystallization temperature of 150℃,crystallization time of 36 h and the molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3 of 45.
