摘要
辽宁清河发电有限责任公司(清河电厂)9号机组锅炉在试运行初期,曾出现结渣严重、排烟温度偏高、再热器事故喷水量大以及再热蒸汽温度超温等问题,机组带负荷能力仅为500 MW左右。经过采取增大燃烧器内二次风量、调低煤粉细度、合理组织炉内配风、降低中间点温度、增加吹灰器投运频率等措施,使上述问题得到有效解决,其成功经验可为其它褐煤电站锅炉选型和运行提供参考。
In initial period of trial operation for boiler of unit NO.9 in Liaoning Qinghe Power Generation Co Ltd,problems,such as severe slagging,high temperature of discharged flue gas,large quantity of spraying water in case of reheater failure,and overtemperature of reheated steam etc.have occurred,the loading capability of said unit is only about 500 MW.Through adoptation of some measures,such as increasing secondary air flow rate in burners,decreasing fineness of the pulverized coal,reasonably organizing air distribution in the furnace,reducing the temperature at midle points,and increasing the frequency of putting sootblowers into service etc.,the above-mentioned problems have been effectively resolved,the successful experiences can provide reference for type selection and operation of other lignitous coal fired boilers.
