摘要
热处理、定径、矫直是钢管调质生产线上的三个主要工序,是提高产品品质和附加值,实现产品更高利润的生产线。本文作者经过多年的理论探索和现场实践,对钢管调质生产线上的主要工序工艺参数进行了最优化探索,形成计算工具软件。此工具软件可用于现有生产线上主要工序工艺参数的优化,也可用于新生产线上进行调试生产、指导工人操作、理解工艺控制参数之用,有利于减少生产厂家人力物力的投入,是实现快速达产、生产出优质产品的有力辅助工具。
Heat treatment,sizing and straightening is the three main process of quenching and tempering in steel tube production.It can improve quality and profits of the product.After years of exploration and practice of steel tube production line,the author optimizes the main technique parameters of quenching and tempering process in steel tube production,and forms computing tools.This tool can be used for optimizing the main parameters of existing production processes.It also can be used for commissioning of new production line,guidance the operation of workers and understanding the process control parameters.It can greatly to reduce manpower and material of production factory.It is a powerful auxiliary tools that can fast realization the maximum production ability of the factory.
