摘要
反应釜是一种典型的大惯性、大滞后非线性系统,其温度参数受不确定因素影响较大,控制起来非常困难。针对其温度控制的大滞后、非线性特点,提出了非线性前馈与Smith-PID预测控制相结合的控制方案。前馈用于抵消反应过程中的放热对过程的非线性影响,使控制对象可以近似线性,再通过Smith-PID控制消除大滞后对温度控制的影响,达到了前馈与反馈控制的结合,实现了对反应釜温度的高精度控制。实验表明该方案对于反应釜温度的控制行之有效。
Reactor is a typical nonlinear system with great inertia and pure delay,and its temperature influenced by uncertain factors severely is difficult to control.Aiming at the property of great inertia and nonlinear of its temperature,a kind of combining feed-forward and Smith-PID predict control method is presented.The feed-forward is applied to offset the nonlinear influences from heating during reaction process so that the parameters to be controlled is close to linear.After that the Smith-PID controls the temperature to eliminate the influences from the great inertia.This combination of feed-forward and feed-back can control the temperature inside the reactor to a high degree accuracy.Experiments shows that the method is effective to the temperature control of reactor.
