摘要
以静脉注射内毒素(LPS)的方法建立了家兔发热模型,并以白虎汤的降温治疗作为反证,再运用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳比较和分析了LPS引起的发热效应对家兔肝脏总蛋白表达变化的影响以及肝组织病理变化。结果表明,以15μg/kg体重的LPS静脉注射家兔能很好地复制出动物温病模型,模型组、治疗组和对照组3组动物的肝蛋白表达均有各自的特异条带。所以,肝组织蛋白的表达变化可以作为动物温病研究与评价的生物学指标。
The pyrogenic effect induced by LPS infusion into veins was analysized and Baihu Soup was used to reduce fever as counterevidence.The changing of the liver protein expression and pathological changes of liver tissue caused by LPS fever were compared by SDS-PAGE.The results indicated that the fever model can be replicated by 15μg/kg LPS infusion into veins in rabbits,and there were characteristic molecular-weight proteins in control,LPS-infusion and Baihu Soup treated animals,respectively.The diversity of liver protein expression,therefore,could be a biological parameter of animal fever study and estimation.
