摘要
以木屑为主栽培料,辅以棉子壳、玉米粉、玉米芯和麸皮,用正交试验设计出四因素不同水平的9个栽培料配方,在相同的环境条件下进行出菇试验,筛选出了子实体产量高、品质好的杏鲍菇生产原料配方。结果表明,不同配比的原料对杏鲍菇的性状及生物学转化率有很大的影响。2号配方子实体菇形规整、呈棍棒状,生物转化率高达91.4%,是杏鲍菇工厂化生产的高产配方。
Took sawdust as main cultivation material,orthogonal experiments were carried out using four factors(cottonseed hull,corn flour,wheat bran and corncob),the yields and quality of the product were compared to find an optimum cultivation formula for high product of sporophore and good quality.The results showed that different ratio of substrate had different effect on the agronomic traits and biological efficiency of Pleurotus eryngii.Formula 2 resulted in the highest biological efficiency of 91.4%,regular and integrated clavated fruiting body,could be used as the high yield formula for industrial cultivation.
