摘要
天然植物提取物对多种果蔬采后致腐菌有抑制作用。丁香、紫丹参、厚朴、苦参和迷迭香5种提取液对细菌有明显的抑制作用。选3种提取液按体积比1:1:1配制复配液对细菌进行抑菌试验。结果表明,复配液PW4(丁香、厚朴、苦参)、PW7(紫丹参、厚朴、苦参)和PW10(厚朴、苦参、迷迭香)是其中效果较好的配伍。3种复配液稳定性研究表明,3种提取液最佳抑菌pH值为6,均需低温避光贮存。
Natural extracts from various fruits of plants in the flora of corruption have a restraining. Five kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts, Lilac, purple Salvia, Magnolia, Sophora flavescens and rosemary have remarkable anti-bacteria effect. Extracts of the selected three are re-dubbed into solution 10 by 1 : 1 : 1 to do antibacterial test on the subject bacteria. The test results show that the compound liquid PW4 (Lilac, Magnolia, Sophora flavescens), PW7 (purple Salvia, thick Park, Sophora flavescens), and PW10 (Magnolia, Sophora flavescens, rosemary) have the best-performing compatibility. Pairs of PW4, PW7 and PWIO stability studies show that the best pH of three kinds of antibacterial extract is 6, all requiring low-temperature dark storage.
