摘要
目的探讨正常人胼胝体大小与性别及年龄的关系。方法 920例行头颅MRI检查的健康体检者,按年龄段和性别分组。在SE-T1WI正中矢状面测量胼胝体总面积及正中矢状面颅内面积,计算胼胝体-颅内面积比(简称胼颅比)。所测数据用随机区组设计的ANOVA处理,并做各测量指标-年龄的散点图和曲线拟合方程。结果男性胼胝体大于女性胼胝体(P<0.05),而胼颅比无性别差异(P>0.05)。各测量指标在年龄组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),散点图及曲线拟合示胼胝体随年龄呈二次项变化,胼胝体面积(Y)与年龄(X)的最佳拟合方程为[Y=457.346+9.434X-0.113X2]。结论胼胝体大小存在性别和年龄的显著差异。胼胝体面积随年龄呈二次项变化。胼胝体的峰值年龄为41~45岁。
Objective To investigate the relationship of corpus callosum area with gender and age. Methods Totally 920 healthy objects with MRI examination were grouped by gender and age, corpus collosum areas (CCa), intracranial areas(ICa) , additionally CCa-ICa ratio (CIR) was measured on mid-sagittal section with SE-T1WI. Statistical analysis, scatter plot and curve fitting between these index and age were completed by SPSS software. Results Mean corpus collosum areas of normal males were larger than that of females ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but there was no difference of CCa-ICa ratio for gender ( P 〉 0.05 ). Significant difference of these index across different age groups was testified by LSD-test ( P 〈 0.05 ) , it implied that CCa followed inverted quadratic term-curves across the human lifespan, the optimal equation for CCa (Y)-ages(X) was: [ Y =457. 346+9. 434X -0. l13X2]. Conclusion Significant difference of corpus coIlosum size with gender and age was clearly demonstrated in our study. It predicts that the changes of corpus eollosum size follows an inverted quadratic term-curve across the human lifespan,with peak ages between 41 and 45 years.
