摘要
012A l(5Cr4Mo3SiMnVA l)钢热挤压模使用寿命短,仅1万件左右。对失效模具进行了分析,发现,模具的组织粗大,碳化物的形态和分布不良,硬度偏低。改进退火和淬火工艺后,该热挤压模的使用寿命得到了大幅度提高。
Hot extrusion die of 012Al(5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl) steel was short-life,only extruding about 10 000 pieces of part.The analysis on failed die shows that the microstructure is coarse,the form and distribution of carbides are poor,and the hardness is on the low side.The service life of the hot extrusion die increased by a big margin after improving annealing and hardening processes.
