摘要
目的探讨康复新液对压疮伤口的治疗作用。方法将压疮病人及长期卧床的病人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例患者。实验组在常规治疗的基础上,对长期卧床的病人及一、二期压疮的病人采用消毒纱布浸透药液后湿敷患处,感染创面先用0.9%氯化钠溶液和双氧水清创后再用本品冲洗,并用浸透康复新液的纱布填塞或敷用。并用TDP烤灯照射20m in,对照组只翻身1次/2h,保持患者皮肤和床单的清洁干燥等措施。观察两组治疗压疮的效果。结果实验组在3d后和第7天的疗效均优于对照组。结论康复新液纱布湿敷配合TDP烤灯照射可有效地治疗压疮。
Objective To explore new liquid to recover the wound pressure ulcers,the therapeutic effect.Methods Will pressure ulcers patient and long-term bedridden patients were randomly divided into two groups of the experimental group and control group 60 cases,group based on routine treatment for long-term bedridden patient,and the first and second of pressure ulcers patients using sterile dressings soak wet apply after solution,infection wound first place with physiological saline and hydrogen peroxide debridement of the reoccupy after this product,flush with soak rehabilitation new gauze padded or apply.Using TDP roast lamp to 20 minutes,the control group with only once every 2 hours emancipated,keep skin and sheet patients dry and clean etc.Observe the effect of two groups of pressure ulcers.Results The three days later and on the seventh day are better than control group,the curative effect.Conclusion Rehabilitation new liquid gauze shi fu cooperate TDP roast lamp can be effective in the treatment of pressure ulcers.
