摘要
【目的】建立松茸中甘露醇的含量测定方法。【方法】应用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器,氨基柱(UG 5μm,250mm×4.6 mm),乙腈-水(81:19)溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 ml/min,漂移管温度为90℃,载气(空气)压力为2.75 Bar。【结果】甘露醇在1.0~5.0 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996,n=5),回收率为100.1%(RSD为0.9%,n=5)。【结论】该方法简便准确,重现性好。
【Objective】 To establish a method to determine the content of mannitol in Tricholoma matsatake.【Methods】 ELSD was used to determine mannitol.The separation was performed on NH2 column(UG 5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mml.D.) with acetonitrile-water(81:19) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The temperature of drift tube for measurement was 90℃ and the pressure of air was 2.75 Bar.【Results】 The linear range of mannitol was 1.0~5.0 mg/ml(r =0.9996,n =5),the average recovery was 100.1%(RSD = 0.9%,n =5).【Conclusion】 This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of mannitol.
