摘要
矿用液压支架综合监控系统是集数据采集、数据分析、远程数据传输、开关控制、语音通讯及语音报警于一体的大型综合性监测控制系统。系统以监控分站为核心,各个采集器所采集的所有数据通过RS-485总线发送至监控分站,分站对所有接收到的数据一一进行分析,并与预设值进行比较,决定是否产生报警,并将所有数据通过远程通讯介质发送到地面服务器。分站和每个数据采集器都有一个闭锁开关,工作人员可以根据现场情况决定是否要对设备实施闭锁。
The Monitor-Alarm System used for timbering machine of mining is a large synthetic one consisting of data collection, data analysis, switch control, as well as acoustic communication and alarm components. It is centered by a monitor station, which is supposed to analyse the data collected from each sensor, with a RS-485 serving as an approach for transmitting the data. During the processing of analysis, the data is supposed to be compared with separate setting parameters, and whether an alert signal is to be sent or not is according to the result of the comparison. All the data are to be transmitted to a remote server by means of a communication medium. To ensure the safety of the system, working engineers may shut down a specific devise according to the particular conditions by the switches？set between each data collectors.
