摘要
目的:研究蒙古黄芪的传粉特性,为蒙古黄芪的新品种选育和良种繁育提供依据。方法:以蒙古黄芪为试材,采用自由授粉和套袋自花授粉2种授粉方式,研究黄芪的传粉特性;并通过剥蕾自交和花期喷施NaC l溶液,研究克服蒙古黄芪自交不亲和性的方法。结果:2种授粉方式的蒙古黄芪的亲和指数差异明显,自由授粉、套袋自花授粉的亲和指数分别为1.26和0,可见蒙古黄芪为异花授粉植物。剥蕾自交后,蒙古黄芪亲和指数为0.37,表明剥蕾自交是克服蒙古黄芪自交不亲和性的有效方法。而花期喷施NaC l溶液处理后,蒙古黄芪亲和指数仍为0。结论:黄芪是自交不亲和的异花授粉植物,剥蕾自交是克服蒙古黄芪自交不亲和性的有效方法。
Objective: The aim was to identify the pollination characteristic and provide a basis for the variety breeding and stock breeding of Mongolia milkvetch. Methods: With Mongolia milkvetch as test materials, open pollination and bagging self-pollination were adopted to study the pollination characteristic of Mongolia milkveteh. And the method of overcoming self-incompatibility of Mongolia milkvetch was further researched. Results: The self- compatible index of Mongolia milkveteh varied obviously with different pollination method. Self-compatible index of open pollination and bagging self-pollination were 1.26 and 0. It indicated that Mongolia milkveteh was crosspollinated plant. And the self-compatible index of Mongolia milkvetch was 0. 37 when self-pollinated in bud stage, while the self-compatible index was 0 when stigma is treated with 5 % NaCl + 0. 3 % boric acid solution. Conclusion: Mongolia milkvetch was cross-pollinated plant with self-incompatibility. And self-pollination in bud stage was an effective method for overcoming self-incompatibility of Mongolia milkvetch.
