摘要
介绍了齿轮传动装置测试试验系统的总体设计及功能实现,研制功率开放试验台进行齿轮传动系统的振动噪声及效率等试验测试。利用动态分析软件及频谱分析技术对测试数据进行分析,为齿轮传动振动噪声源提供识别依据,并对齿轮传动装置综合性能进行客观评价;形成齿轮传动装置振动噪声测试的分析流程。通过实例应用验证,论证了在所研制的试验台上进行振动噪声测试是可行的。
The overall design and functional implementation of gear drive test system is introduced,open power test-bed for the noise and vibration test and efficiency test of gear transmission is developed.By using dynamic analysis software and spectrum analysis technique for test data analysis,providing evidence for noise source identification of gear drive,and the objective evaluation on comprehensive performance of gear drives is made,also the process of vibration and noise test for gear drive is formed.After certification application example,the noise and vibration test on the test-bed is feasible.
