Effects of Apple Polyphenols on Aging Mice Induced by D-Galactose

摘要 苹果多酚是苹果中所含多元酚类物质的通称,果皮及未成熟果实中含量较高,粉末状产品于室温下保存一年其性质及生理功能不变[1]。苹果多酚是安全无毒[2]的食品添加剂,具有降血脂抗动脉粥样硬化[3-4]、抗炎[5-6]、抗氧化[7-8]、抗癌[9-10]和抗菌[11-12]等活性。
