摘要
高职院校图书馆在对大学生进行素质教育中具有特色馆藏文献资源丰富、学习环境优越、硬件设备和信息技术完善等优势,是培养和锻炼大学生能力的基地。图书馆进行素质教育的主要途径有:加强图书馆文献信息资源建设,开展形式多样的活动,通过馆院(系)共建、加强沟通、强化培训等方式组织大学生参与图书馆工作,提高高职院校学生的综合能力。
The library in higher vocational college offers a large collection of documents,a good environment for learning,good equipment and technology.It is a good place to cultivate and improve students＇ all-round competence.Quality-oriented education can be developed by increasing document resources in the library,organizing all kinds of activities,enhancing the library＇s attraction to the students,cooperation between library and departments and arranging students to take part time jobs in the library,thus improving college students＇ comprehensive ability.
