摘要
针对广州石化聚乙烯装置循环气压缩机K-4003振动升高的状况,借助故障诊断软件,利用频谱分析法,对引起压缩机振动的可能原因进行了详细分析,排除了转子不对中、轴弯曲、摩擦、轴承磨损或失效,最后找出振动升高的原因是转子不平衡,并进行了验证。
This paper conducts a detailed analysis on the possible causes for the libration on recycling gas compressor K-4003 in polyethylene unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou Branch in view of the libration increase in the unit by using malfunction diagnosis software and spectrum analysis. Through analysis,the paper excludes the causes of rotor misalignment,shaft bending, friction,the abrasion of bearing or failure for the increase of libration and finds out the reason is the imbalance of rotor.And the result is tested and verified.
