摘要
通过对实际工况下往复式压缩机一级活塞和十字头的受力分析,求得了最大活塞力位置和最大应力时的曲柄转角。利用Proe三维建模软件对活塞和十字头进行三维实体建模,然后应用Ansys有限元分析软件对活塞和十字头进行分析,找出了十字头的危险点位置及应力值,且结果与实际情况相吻合。此研究方法,对同类问题的解决具有一定的参考价值。
Through the stress analysis of piston and crosshead in the reciprocating compressor under a practical working condition,the maximum piston stress position and the crank angle of the maximum stress are determined.The three-dimensional entity model of piston and crosshead are constructed by Proe software,then the Ansys finite element analysis software is used to carry out the analysis.From the calculations, the positions of the dangerous points of the crosshead and the maximum stress are obtained, and the results are consistent with the practice.This research method has reference value for solution of the same problems.
