摘要
研究了LM28合金经挤压处理及热处理之后其性能以及合金显微组织的变化。结果表明:热处理能改善合金的形态,细化初晶硅和共晶硅;热处理后组织变细,力学性能提高;挤压后大块的初晶硅被打碎,共晶硅也在形状上由长棒形转变为短棒和球形,组织被细化,且断口的韧窝增多,其塑性也相应提高,抗拉强度大大提高;经过合理的热处理工艺和热挤压后,LM28的组织和力学性能最好。
The changes of the properties and microstructure of LM28 alloy after semi-solid formation and heat treatment were studied. The results show that the alloy forms can be changed and primary silicon and eutectic silicon can be refined by heat treatment. The microstructure becomes finer and the mechanical properties is improved after heat treatment; the bulk primary silicon is broken and the eutectic silicon changes from the long rod into short rod or spherical after semi-solid formation. The finer microstructure and more dimples in fracture make the mechanical properties improve. The results show that the semi-solid formation alloy after heat treatment has the best microstructure and mechanical properties.
