摘要
采用交-直-交(AC/DC/AC)双三电平变频器的拓扑结构控制电机,整流部分采用电压矢量定向控制,外加功率前馈控制和中点电位控制技术,使得能量在双向流动的同时始终保持在接近于1的高功率因数下工作,能量可回馈利用,对电网的谐波污染小,而且还具有很快的反应速度。逆变部分采用了简化三电平SVPWM算法,外加中点电位控制,本文中还分别对整流和逆变做了仿真,试验结果表明控制效果良好。
In this paper the characters and principles of the DFIM speed regulation were analyzed, Using the AC/DC/AC main circuit topological structure is adopted to construct the converter, which is used to control the DFIM. Voltage oriented space vector control was adopted in the rectifier block, and power feed-forward decoupling and the neutral point voltage control were used. Under these control strategies, the converter maintains a high power factor while energy flows into or out of the converter. The slip energy can be regenerated, the harmonic pollution is reduced and, meanwhile, the response time became short. A simplified SVPWM method for three-level inverter and the neutral point voltage control were adopted in the inverter block. Simulations about the rectifier and inverter were performed and the results proved that the control affect was good.
