分子核医学用于肿瘤显像的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗正受到越来越多的关注,但肿瘤患者的5年生存率仍不理想,其根本原因是缺乏早期甚至超早期发现肿瘤的手段。在疾病发展过程中,分子或基因水平的变化先于解剖学变化,应用核医学的显像技术,揭示病变组织细胞受体密度和功能的变化、基因的异常表达,生化。
