临床护理路径在冠脉介入治疗患者自我管理教育中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 目的探讨应用临床护理路径对冠脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者实施自我管理教育意义,从而提高患者自我管理水平。方法将2009年9月-2010年9月在心血管内科接受择期行冠脉介入治疗的急性心肌梗死患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组每班按临床护理路径对患者实施自我管理教育,对照组采用传统随机教育方式,比较两组患者疾病相关知识掌握情况,术后并发症及不良反应例数,患者与医生对护理工作的满意度等方面。结果观察组患者疾病相关知识掌握情况,术后并发症及不良反应例数,满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径对冠脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死患者实施自我管理教育,可提高患者自我管理水平,减少术后并发症及不良反应,提高护理质量和满意度。 Objective To explore the apply of clinical nursing pathway for coronary intervention treatment of acute myocardial infarction with implementation of self-management education;and to improve level of self management in patients.Methods 80 cases of coronary intervention treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients from Sep.2009 to Sep.2010 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by clinical nursing pathway of self-management education and the control group was treated by traditional education mode.The knowledge of disease,complications and degree of satisfaction were compared.Results The observation group was superior to that of control group in knowledge of disease,complications and degree of satisfaction(P〈0.05).Conclusion By clinical nursing pathway for coronary intervention treatment of acute myocardial infarction with implementation of self-management education can improve the level of self management,reduce the complications and improve the quality of nursing and satisfaction
