Design and Application of Auxiliary Control and Monitoring System for Intelligent Substation Based on Internet of Things

摘要 针对目前变电站图像监视、火灾报警及采暖通风等辅助生产系统智能化管理程度不高的现状,结合物联网技术,提出以传感测控网络为基础搭建一个全站辅助控制与监测系统平台的设计思想。在该系统的站内控制主机设置一套后台系统,采用IEC 61850通信协议将辅助生产系统监测数据上传远方集控中心,接收并执行远方集控中心下发的各项指令,实现各辅助生产子系统内部及相互之间的协调联动。根据智能运行管理需要将辅助控制与监测系统分成10个子系统,描述了各子系统的典型智能应用方案。将该设计方案在无锡西泾220 kV智能变电站的应用情况与常规方案进行了比较,结果显示本设计方案适应智能变电站辅助生产系统自动控制、智能调节及协调联动等需求,开拓了物联网技术在智能变电站中的应用新领域。 The existing Auxiliary production system in substations has not achieved highly efficient intelligent management,especially in the way of image monitoring,fire alarming,heating and ventilating.This paper proposes to design a system based on Internet of things,in which an auxiliary control and monitoring system platform for the total substation is established on the basis of sensor and control networks.A backstage system is installed in the host controller at substation,and the data of auxiliary production system monitored by network of things is communicated by IEC 61850 standard between the substation and the centralized control center.According to the requirements of intelligent operation management,the auxiliary control and monitoring system is divided into ten subsystems,and typical intelligent application scheme of each subsystem is described in this paper.Finally,the benefit comparison is made between conventional scheme and the new scheme applied in 220 kV Intelligent Substation in Xijing Wuxi,which verifies the high adaptability of the new scheme and exhibits the bright application prospect of Internet of Things in intelligent substation management.
