摘要
本文报导了羧甲基纤维素( C M C) 接枝丙烯酰胺/ 二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物( C A D) 的合成反应规律,着重考察了引发剂浓度、体系酸度、原料用量和反应温度对单体聚合转化率的影响,发现 K Mn O4 / H2 S O4 是引发 C M C 接枝的有效引发体系,且在一定条件下可使单体聚合转化率达 90 % 以上,这在一定程度上为 C A D 泥浆处理剂的研制提供了依据。
Amphoteric cellulosic graft copolymers CAD as drilling fluid additive are prepared by grafting acrylamide and dimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride onto carbxymethylcellulose (CMC) in aqueous solution. The composition of the graft copolymers is confirmed by IR spetrometry and the mechanisms involved in the grafting reaction are elecidated. The factor affecting the monomer conversion C m, are investigated, including the initiator concentration, the acidity, the amout of raw materials and the reaction temperature. It is shown that with KMnO 4/H 2SO 4 redox system C m of more than 90% can be obtained under proper conditions.
