摘要
长期以来,聚丙烯酰胺驱油剂在高温高盐油层条件下粘度急剧降低的技术难题,使聚合物驱推广应用受到了极大的限制。本文利用增强聚合物结构粘度的新思路,通过大量的合成实验研制出新型缔合聚合物驱油剂。研究表明,这类驱油剂不仅具有显著抗温抗盐性能,而且具有提高聚合物驱油效率的巨大潜力。通过主剂的改性可显著降低聚合物驱油剂的用量和成本,具有巨大的推广应用前景。
An amphoteric associative polymer(sample No 11.18.11) is evaluated as EOR polymer in comparison with anionic polymer Pfizer's 3330S. It is shown that sample 11.18.11 is a better flooding polymer than 3330S, has fairly good heat resistancy(viscosity of salt free solution of 1050 mg/L at 75℃ and 7.34 s -1 —40 mPa·s) and exellent salt tolerency (viscosity of 1100 mg/L solution in 15% NaCl at 25℃ and 7.34 s -1 —>40 mPa·s) and the enhancement in oil recovery obtained in core flow experiments with 0.2 PV of 0.1% polymer solution is higher (10.3% vs 8.1%). This polymer is developed for use under hostile reservoir conditions.
