摘要
NaCl、CaCl2作为早强组分复配后对混凝土的流动性无不利影响,且坍落度经时损失小;早强效果随着掺量的增加逐渐增强,并当NaCl掺量达到0.75%时3 d强度是空白试验同期强度的147.83%。CaCl2在各掺量时,当掺量达到0.50%时,混凝土各龄期强度发展迅速,其中3、28 d强度分别为16.9、42.1 MPa,是空白试验同期强度146.96%和122.73%。Na2SO4、Na2S2O3与聚羧酸复配后对新拌混凝土的流动性、保塑效果均无明显不利影响;其中Na2SO4、Na2S2O3当掺量为0.50%时对混凝土各龄期强度产生明显加强效果。NaNO2、NaNO3与聚羧酸复配新拌混凝土具有良好的流动性和保塑效果,坍落度经时损失小的特点;其中以NaNO3在掺量为0.75%时效果显著,各龄期强度达到3 d强度为15.9 MPa,是空白组同期强度的138.26%。
The experimental results show that,as early strength of concrete mixtures,NaCl,CaCl2 shows no adverse effects on the mobility of concrete,and the time of slump losses little;as the volume increased gradually,the early strong effect increased too.When the content of NaCl reaches to 0.75%,the strength of the 3 d is 147.83% of the blank experiment at the same period.when the volume of CaCl2 reached 0.50%,the concrete strength of each age develped rapidly,which strength at 3,28 d are,respectively,16.9 MPa and 42.1 MPa,and are 122.73% and 146.96% compared with the blank experiment at the same period.After combinated with polycarboxylic acid,Na2SO4,Na2S2O3 shows no significant adverse effects on the mobility and the plastic of the fresh concrete,among which when the volume of Na2SO4,Na2S2O3 is 0.50%,the strength of concrete enhanced significantly.NaNO2,NaNO3 shows a characteristics of good mobility and plastic effect on fresh concrete,and the slump loss is small,when the NaNO3 in the content of 0.75%,the results is obvious,the strength of 3 d reaches 15.9 MPa,which is 138.26% compared with the blank group at the same period.
