摘要
辐照食品一直引起国内外消费者高度关注。尽管科学研究表明辐照食品是安全卫生的,但管理体系需要与国际接轨。HACCP是国内外成熟的食品安全管理体系,GIP是辐照食品加工应遵循的规范。本文拟将两者结合探讨中国辐照食品管理模式,以保证消费者利益和促进进出口贸易。
In recent years,irradiation food at home and abroad caused the consumers to pay attention highly.Although the scientific research indicated that irradiation food is the safety and health,but the management system needs connection with the international trail connection.HACCP is mature food safety control system,GIP is the standard which should follow in the irradiated food processing.This paper intends to combine the two to explore the management of irradiation food to ensure the interests of consumers and the promotion of the import-export trade.
