摘要
目的:研究一种基于体动信号的睡眠、觉醒识别方法。方法:用飞行员飞行生理参数记录检测仪和多导睡眠监测系统同时记录受试者夜晚睡眠时的生理信号,用统计方法研究基于体动信号的睡眠、觉醒识别算法。结果:样本数据对睡眠、觉醒的平均判别准确率为89.1%。结论:基于体动信号的识别算法对睡眠、觉醒的判别结果与多导睡眠检测系统(PSG)的一致性较高,因而用体动信号进行基本的睡眠、觉醒分析是可行的。
Objective To identify the state of sleep and wake using body movement activity.Methods Physiological signals of testee were recorded using physiological parameters detecting device for pilots and polysomnography(PSG) simultaneously.The sleep-wake identification method was established based on body movement activity.Results The agreement of sample data with PSG was 89.1%.Conclusion The agreement between the method based on body movement activity and PSG is higher,so the method is capable of identifying sleep-wake states.
