摘要
微束微区X射线探针分析仪借助会聚X光透镜把X射线聚焦。针对仪器调试过程中需确定出口焦平面位置的难题,采用拟合曲线荧光分析方法方便快速地确定出口焦平面的位置。方法是用直径小于X焦斑直径的金属丝在不同测量平面上进行微动测量,因X光强度沿径向呈高斯分布,所以金属丝中元素荧光强度随位移也呈高斯分布。通过计算得出不同测量平面上同种元素的荧光强度半高宽,再拟合出平面位置与半高宽的曲线函数。从函数式中计算得到最小半高宽对应的平面位置值,从而确定出焦平面位置。
The micro-beam and micro-domains X-ray probe analyzer focuses X-ray by means of focusing X-ray lens.According to the problem of needing to determine output focal plane in adjusting process,the paper adopted curve fitting fluorescence analysis way to determine the location of output focal plane expediently and quickly.The way was fretting measuring wire whose diameter less than that of X-ray focus spot at different measured plane.As X-ray intensity show Gaussian distribution in the radial direction,the fluorescence intensity of elements also show Gaussian distribution with displacement.The fluorescence KWHM of the same element was obtained by calculation at different measured plane,then fitting the function of the measured plane with KWHM.The plane position which corresponds to the least KWHM was measured from the function formula,last making sure the output focal plane.
