摘要
目的:对三桠苦的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用多种柱层析方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱解析和理化性质进行化学结构鉴定。结果:从三桠苦的石油醚、氯仿和乙酸乙酯部位分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:正十六酸十八烷基酯(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、棕榈酸(Ⅲ)、3,5,3′-三羟基-8,4′-二甲氧基-7-异戊烯氧基黄酮(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)、水杨酸(VI)和山萘酚-3-O-α-D-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅶ为首次从蜜茱萸属中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ和VI为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Melicope ptelefolia.Methods:Several chromatographic methods were applied to isolate and purify compounds.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated as n-octadecanyl palmitate(Ⅰ),β-sitosterol(Ⅱ),palmitic acid(Ⅲ),3,5,3′-trihydroxy-8,4′-dimethoxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-enyloxy)flavone(Ⅳ),daucosterol(Ⅴ),salylic acid(Ⅵ),kaempferol-3-O-α-D-arabinpyranoside(Ⅶ).Conclusion: Compound Ⅶ is isolated from the genus for the first time,Compounds Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated from Melicope ptelefolia for the first time.
