低位直肠癌129例Dixion术后吻合口瘘保守治疗体会

摘要 目的探讨低位直肠癌Dixion术后吻合口瘘的原因和防治措施。方法回顾分析2004-12-2009-12郑州人民医院肿瘤外科129例低位直肠癌患者行Dixion术的临床资料。结果 129例患者,术后发生吻合口瘘12例(8.53%),11例采用保守治疗后痊愈出院。结论加强术后管理是预防吻合口瘘的关键,出现吻合口瘘应积极采取措施。如果吻合口在腹膜外,引流充分,患者营养良好均可采用保守治疗。
