摘要
本文以大学城兴起的背景和城市发展理论为依托,探讨了大学城对城市发展的正面和负面的影响,最后,结合科学发展的观的理论,为将来大学城的发展战略提供了建设性意见。
This paper probes into the positive and negative impact of University City on urban development relied on the history of University City and theory of urban development. In the end, we provided the constructive opinion for the shape strategy of the University City in future combined the scientific concept of development.
