摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法在磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的表面包覆SiO2,采用正交试验法,以表面Si-OH含量为指标,考察温度、时间和醇/水三因素对表面Si-OH含量的影响,利用X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)测试Fe3O4@SiO2复合粒子表面Si-OH含量,结果表明在80℃、回流时间为1h、醇/水为6∶1是改性Fe3O4@SiO2的适宜条件。
Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles were prepared with sol-gel technique in this study.On the basis of orthogonal design,experiments on the investigation of the effect of treating-temperature,treating-time and the ratio of ethanol/water on the content of surface Si-OH of Fe3O4@SiO2 were carried out and the content of surface C was obtained from XPS analysis.The results demonstrate that refluxing Fe3O4@SiO2 nanoparticles in ethanol/water solution(with a ratio of 6∶1) for 1h at 80℃ is suitable to modify the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles.
