矿用运输超长锚索平板车的设计与研究 被引量:3

Design of Flat Tramcar for Super-long Cables Underground Transportation in Mining

摘要 针对矿用超长锚索向井下运输困难这一问题,将现有平板车进行改装设计,在平板上设置U形槽,U形槽由5处固定点组成,每处固定点设有相隔一定间距的一对钢板或钢筋。每对钢板或钢筋焊接在一钢板上并通过螺栓与平板车表面固定。该设计结构简单,通过增设专用固定装置,解决了超长锚索运输困难、以及存在运输安全隐患的问题。改装设计结果已用于工程实践,效果良好。 Aiming at solving the difficulties of super-long cables underground transportation in mining,the existing flat tramcar had been redesigned and modified.The U-shaped slot which is formed by five fixed points and each fixed point sets a pair of steel plate or reinforced at a certain distance had been installed on the flat tramcar.Each pair of steel plate or reinforced is welded to steel plate and fixed on the surface of flat tramcar by bolts.This simple modification solves super-long cables transport difficulties and eliminates the potential safety hazard through the addition of the dedicated fixtures.Modification had been used in engineering practice and showed desirable results.
