摘要
为解决矿用通风机设计周期长,校核判断复杂的技术难题,创新性提出整机设计的正逆向混合建模再设计思想,分析了该设计思想的关键技术并建立了正逆向混合建模再设计框架。应用该设计方法对某风机各零部件进行设计制造,缩短了产品研发设计和加工周期,提高了设计准确度,并为其他产品的研发提供了依据和思路。
To address the mine ventilation design cycle is long,check to determine the complex technical problems,innovative design is made whole again reverse hybrid modeling design,analysis of the key technology of design and the establishment of the forward and reverse hybrid modeling re-design framework.Application of the design of a fan of the design and manufacture of parts and components,shortening the product design and processing cycle,improve design accuracy,and other products provided the basis for the development and thinking.
