摘要
针对径向柱塞式液压马达的导轨曲线提出了一种反求设计方法,即首先对马达导轨曲线进行分段表示,建立数学模型,然后测量导轨曲线点值,设计曲线拟合算法计算导轨曲线结构参数,重构曲线,最后以波克兰MS05-468液压马达为例,对其导轨曲线进行反求设计,得到的曲线导轨工作性能良好。
Reverse design method was proposed for guide curve of radial piston hydraulic motor.At first,motor＇s guide curve was expressed,a math model is established,and then discrete values were measured,and curve fitting algorithm was designed to get guide curve＇s parameters and reconstruct it.Lastly some experiments were done on Poclain MS05-468 hydraulic motors and curve guide with good performance was got.
