摘要
为了实现综采工作面液压系统乳化液浓度、温度、压力、液位和泄漏等的实时监测、报警及乳化液液位等的自动控制,采用BP神经网络对液压系统的工作状态进行智能识别,实现了工作面液压系统压力下降原因的自动判别;采用超声波浓度传感技术实现了乳化液浓度的在线检测;将模糊控制技术和PID控制技术相结合,设计使用乳化液液位模糊PID控制器,实现了乳化液液位的远程控制。
In order to achieve the real-time monitoring alarm about emulsion concentration,temperature,pressure,level,leakage and automatic control on emulsion liquid level of hydraulic system in fully mechanized face,this paper identified the working status of the hydraulic system with BP neural network.The cause of pressure drop of hydraulic system can be automatically determined.The on-line detection of emulsion concentration be achieved by using ultrasonic concentration sensor technology.PID control technology and fuzzy control technology is combined.Level Fuzzy PID controller emulsion is designed and used to achieve the remote controlling on the level of emulsion.
